To those that are new, Open Social’s Community Collaboration Platform (CCP)  is built on open-source technology, such as Drupal, React, GraphQL, Mautic and LlamaIndex which allows for extensive customization and scalability.  The CCP includes the Community Management System, Cloud Platform, Gaia AI, Engagement Studio, Connection Hub and Lumina Insights.
