Single Sign-on (SSO)

Open Social
Open Social Open Social • 4 December 2017

Users can log in to the platform through Single Sign-on (SSO) by connecting it to the ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services). Single sign-on is a technology that allows users to log in with a single ID and password to gain access to connected systems. This feature allows users to easily come back to the community.

Site managers can also disable the regular login method when single sign-on function is enabled. So they have more control on how users should login.

This function is only available for Open Social customers. To enable this function, please contact us via help@getopensocial.com
