Usage of our Topic Types

 

What are topic types?

When you create a topic using the right top "+" sign - you select new topic. The first thing that appears are the different topic types which reflect what type of topic/content it is. This is shown when the topic is posted and helps in filleting the content accordingly.  

We currently have 5 different topic types.

  1. Blogs: To share blog posts within the community or within a group.
  2. Experiences & Tips: To share any experience or tips you have for other community managers/ community members. 
  3. Research Project: For OS to share any research project they need input from clients.
  4. Questions & Answers: To share any question you have to Open Social or to other clients & community managers. Where you will receive input from the whole community.
  5. News: to share any news Open Social has; including release notes, product roadmap, and any company updates.
