Manage Organization Members & Followers

This chapter explains how to view and manage Organization Members and Followers.

Note: The Organization Profiles are not a part of the default Open Social product but can be ordered as an extension module.

Members can join an Organization Profile as an Organization Member, either by the OM, freely joining or submitting a request. Based on the Join Method Settings, the Organization Profile might be set to: 

• Open to join
• Request to join
• Invite only

OM+ can manage the members by clicking on “View all members” on the statistics block when viewing an Organization Profile. 

This will navigate to the Organization All Members Overview (direct URL example: /organization/1/members) as well as provide access links to Manage Members, Membership Requests, Organization Followers and Layout. 

A on Manage Members tab (direct URL example: /organization/1/membership), an OM+ can:

• Approve or decline Membership Requests
• Invite/Add or Remove Members

Furthermore, on the "Organization followers" tab, any community member can see the followers (direct URL example: /organization/1/followers).
